These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Halo Signage Limited website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Our Products
Halo Signage Limited designs and manufactures bespoke, custom-made signage including but not limited to:

Backlit signs

Front lit signs
-
Acrylic signs
-
Interior signage
-
Exterior signage
All products are made to order based on customer specifications and approved designs.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
An order is only confirmed once:

A quotation has been accepted
-
Payment has been received (in full or as agreed)
-
Final design proof has been approved in writing
Once design approval is provided and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Payment must be made in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for any third-party payment processing fees.
5. Custom-Made Products
All signage is bespoke and manufactured specifically to match the customer’s branding, logo, dimensions and specifications.
As such:

Orders are non-refundable

Orders are non-exchangeable
-
We do not accept returns for change of mind
-
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details on the final design proof are accurate before approval.
6. Design Approval
Before production begins, customers will receive a visual proof for approval.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:

Spelling
-
Layout
-
Dimensions
-
Colour
-
Fixing points
Once written approval is given, Halo Signage Limited is not liable for errors identified after production has commenced.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier services
-
Customs clearance
-
Supply chain disruptions
-
Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
If a product is damaged or not functioning correctly:

Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery
-
Photographic or video evidence must be provided
-
Original packaging must be retained
Once verified, we will provide a replacement for confirmed faulty or damaged items.
We do not accept claims made after 24 hours.
9. Installation
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, installation is the customer’s responsibility.
Halo Signage Limited is not liable for damage caused during self-installation or third-party installation.
Customers must ensure walls and surfaces are suitable for mounting.
10. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on eligible products (details available in our Warranty Policy).
The warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation
-
Accidental damage
-
Water damage (unless product is specified for external use)
-
Electrical tampering
-
Normal wear and tear
11. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos, trademarks or branding supplied to us.
Halo Signage Limited is not liable for any trademark or copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
All website content, images and designs remain the property of Halo Signage Limited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Signage Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of business or profits
-
Installation costs
-
Delays outside our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
-
Supply chain shortages
-
Government restrictions
-
Strikes or transport disruptions
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
