Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Halo Signage, all of our signs are bespoke and custom-made to order. Each sign is manufactured specifically to match your brand, logo, size requirements and chosen specifications.
For this reason, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
As every product is personalised and created exclusively for the purchasing customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Design approval errors after final sign-off

Changes to branding or business details after order confirmation
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our signage. However, in the unlikely event your sign arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photographs and/or video evidence must be provided

The original packaging must be retained
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement for any confirmed damaged or faulty components at no additional cost.
We are unable to process claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Design Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, all customers are provided with a visual proof for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:

Spelling

Layout
-
Dimensions
-
Colour
-
Mounting positions
Once written approval is given, production will proceed and no amendments can be made.
